Larry Persuitti Service Award

The Larry Persuitti Service Award is presented annually at the Jack’s Basket Gala in memory of our beloved founding board member, Larry Persuitti.

Larry’s impact on Jack’s Basket began in 2016 when he joined as the Founding Board Treasurer. With his accounting expertise, unwavering faith, and deep love for his granddaughter Kate, who has Down syndrome, Larry helped lay the foundation for our organization. Larry brought integrity, heart, and steady leadership.

More than a board member, Larry was a man of deep character, a life marked by service. This award honors individuals who embody the same servant-hearted leadership, compassion, and dedication that Larry modeled.

Nominations for the 2026 recipient are now closed. We look forward to presenting this award at the 10th Annual “You Make Me Better” Gala on Friday, October 9th.
